What do you imagine for your life? Life changing q’s to ask yourself.

What do you imagine for your life? {psssttttt it matters!}

‘hmmmm let me think’, I hear you say.

‘I don’t have time for this’ I hear you say.

Or maybe you haven’t even asked this question to yourself.

Maybe you’ll think about it when you’re less busy.

Or maybe you’ve had fleeting visions or ideas, but never quite gotten around to it……

I get it.

I use to be the same.  There were 7 years of my life, that just disappeared into busy-ness.

Things happened. I changed jobs a few times. I got a few promotions. I went on some holidays. I bought a flat.

You know, nice stuff.

But, thinking back, those years kind of disappeared…….

I wasn’t living the life I truly wanted to live. I wasn’t living the life I imagined. And I can see this in retrospect now.

However at the time I didn’t take the time to visualise what I wanted and then begin to take action.

I didn’t realise that I could self direct my life. That I had choices.

Instead I was settling. I got comfortable. I was stagnating. I was keeping myself busy with work and my social life.

I had a life that looked good from the outside.

But inside there was an emptiness. A yearning for something more, something else. But I kept myself busy and distracted so that I didn’t look at it.

Sound familiar?

Then you’re in luck lovely. I recorded my first FB Live (all the scary video feels!) last week and in the recording I ask some pertinent questions that can get things moving for you. { Skip to the 6 minute mark if you want to avoid the intro }

I recommend putting aside 10-15 mins, grabbing a pen and paper and then exploring this.  And let the magic arise for you.

What came up for you?

How do these ideas/visualisations feel in your body?

I would LOVE to hear what you think.

If you feel like you want to make these things happen in your life, but you feel overwhelmed just thinking about it, then know that this is normal.

However, we have a choice at this point; to take action and take the steps to align our everyday life with our vision OR we make excuses as to why not to take action. And then we get back to our comfort zone.

Know that what you imagine is totally possible for you.
