If you've been rushed off your feet , hardly finding the time to tend to yourself, then I’ve created these workshops for you.
I know how in the busy rush of everyday life it can be so easy to neglect ourselves and our needs. Even the thought of slowing everything down and taking some time to reflect and contemplate can feel at times self indulgent or even something we'll get to one day when we have more time.
The reality is though that there will be no better time than now to start taking better care of yourself.
That's why I've created this workshop series.
- To help you to learn how to reduce your stress levels and to understand how to work with stressful triggers at work and at home.
- To learn why self care is so important not just for yourself but for all of your relationships.
- How to direct your life in the direction that you desire so that you'll feel more purposeful and find meaning in the day to day.
- And also how to increase your level of mindfulness and engagement with life in the day to day.
After working with coaching clients from around the world for the past few years, I have found that these are the 4 key areas that have the biggest impact on our overall sense of wellbeing and happiness. And I can't wait to share this knowledge and these tips with you, that I can guarantee you’ll be using throughout your life.

This workshop is comprised of 4 individual x2hr workshops. Each intended to help you build a deeper connection with yourself and empower you with the skills, knowledge and know-how to nourish yourself from the inside-out, to bring about a healthier, more vibrant you. You will walk away with practical exercises, tips and techniques that you can incorporate into your life straightaway.

Nourish your nervous system

This will be both a self discovery and experiential workshop. You will understand what your triggers are to stress. How to feel stress in your body and how to release it through practical exercises. You'll learn how stress affects your body and how to switch from a stressful state into a relaxed state quickly using the power of the breath. This workshop will complete with a deep restorative practice that will not only have you feeling well rested but you'll also leave with tools that you can use for your at home practice.
Take good care of yourself

These are the life skills that they never taught us in school. To truly know how to take good care of yourself takes some getting to know yourself. We will explore boundary setting, why learning to say 'no' is vital for your health and how to let go so that you can move forward. This is as much about caring for the mind as it is about the body. You will leave with a list of your personal self-care go to's that you can return to time and time again.
Live in alignment with your authentic self

So often we can set goals in business and life that are purely focussed on getting or achieving something. However, have you noticed that when you achieve those things you can feel good for a moment and then you start looking to the next thing. And so it continues, this feeling of never being satiated. That's why we're going to deep dive into what sets your soul on fire. We'll be setting your goals for the year based on how you want to feel from the inside-out. Expect mindful movement, meditation, journalling and discussions with like-minded people. You will leave with clarity on where you're headed but most importantly 'why' you're headed there
Mindfulness for modern busy lives

Mindfulness has been a buzz word for some time now. It sounds nice, but what does it really mean and how can mindfulness enrich your life? This workshop will be experiential and learning based. You will walk away with a good understanding and experience of mindfulness techniques that you can begin incorporating into your day to day life straight away. This will not only enrich your life but will have a positive impact on all of your relationships as well.
