A yoga & meditation retreat immersed in nature

Oct - 16-18, 2020 |  Warrandyte

This will be your time and space to slow down, to connect to that peaceful place within and be nurtured from the inside-out.

Inner Space is a carefully crafted retreat experience that also includes ayurvedic food, mini workshops and talks, along with lots of nature time

Over 2.5 days you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people and the space to explore your inner nature and outer nature. You will be guided through slow flow asana practice to connect deeply with your body, along with pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga nidra that's been carefully selected by your teachers to guide you deeper inwards to experience the still space within.

You'll also experience dharma talks and workshops, and have plenty of time to journal and contemplate. This weekend will be a complete re-set for body, mind and spirit, giving you the space to reconnect more deeply with yourself, so that you will return to daily life feeling renewed and inspired.

Your facilitators, Kelvin Wong & Claire Bradshaw are experienced yoga, meditation teachers teaching throughout Melbourne. Claire is also a holistic life coach. Both teachers are able to hold space and compassionately guide students on their journey to discover their inner landscape. Our intention is that you will leave this retreat feeling lighter, clearer and more connected.

Please note - there's limited space at the casa, so if you're keen, book in soon to secure your spot and take advantage of the earlybird price  ($100 off the full price)
