On the darkest night of the year, the winter solstice I will be leading a soothing practice to help you connect back with the light within.

Taking a sacred pause to reflect at the solstice has been a tradition our ancestors kept, but in our busy yang modern lives, we can often push on, without connecting to the seasons, & to nature.

This will time for you to connect deep within. There will be a slow flow to move stagnant energy in the body, a grounding yin practice, a potent journaling practice with pranayama and meditation.
